The staff was friendly.
The restuarant and swimming pool were closed.

The pictures on priceline and the hotel were completly different the hotel especially the breakfast area.

I like the spacious rooms.
Contruction on site.

I was very disappointed after making reservations for tree days to find out there was construction on site. Swimming pool was drained so there was no swimming, my partner and I had to leave on Saturday because they shut the water off for hours. They should of had this hotel flagged to at least let customers know what was going on before making reservations. ...read more

The breakfast and staff.
It needed a lot of updated.

The lobby area was being remodeled and was a bit of a mess. The rooms where a little scary. I was afraid to get a shower and crawl under the sheets.

The continental breakfast was great, there was plenty of food and it really saved us from spending a lot on food.
The lady that kept the breakfast stocked was kind of
rude.

The rooms on our floor were clean, even though they were working in some of the rooms on the floor. Pool was great for the kids, but they need to make the pool hours longer. If you have to be in the pool area with your kids you should be able to use it when it is convenient to you. the hours were 10 am – 9 pm and it made it hard to take advantage of since we weren't back at the hotel until 8 or 8:30 pm. The lady that stocked the breakfast area was rude. she would come around and ask to take your plate as soon as you laid your fork down, even if you still had food on it. ...read more

Pool looked dirty. Would not allow my kids to swim.
